About US

The New Haven School District, home of the Shamrocks, is located one hour west of St. Louis, Missouri, in Franklin County. The public school district serves approximately 500 students in grades Pre-K through 12. Generations of Shamrocks have prided themselves on upholding the “Tradition of Excellence.” Students in the district persistently demonstrate their academic ability that exceeds the state average, even earning NHHS the highly esteemed National Blue Ribbon Award in 2015. Furthermore, small class sizes contribute to more one-on-one time between teachers and students.

The district offers many athletic opportunities, and the Shamrocks currently display 18 state championships in sports such as basketball, baseball, volleyball, track and field, and cross country. There are also many opportunities for other extracurricular involvement through clubs and organizations, such as Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA), National Honor Society (NHS), Scholar Bowl, Student Council (STUCO), etc.
