Kindergarten Screening & Enrollment

Wednesday, February 17 and Friday, February 19

To be eligible for Kindergarten, children must be five years of age before August 1, 2021. 

To enroll your child for the 2021-2022 school year, please bring:

· Your child’s birth certificate

· Your child’s social security card

· Immunization records

· Proof of district residency (City of New Haven utility bill, electric bill, property tax/real estate tax receipt, rental agreement)

· Parent Driver’s License

Children will be screened at the time of enrollment.

Please call the elementary school office at 237-2141 to schedule an appointment or if you have any questions.
Each appointment lasts approximately one and a half hours.

Adults accompanying children will need to remain masked while in the building and will complete COVID screenings upon entry. Only children being screened should attend during this time.
